Zen Shiatsu is a holistic bodywork technique rooted in traditional Japanese practices. It focuses on the concept of Qi (energy) and aims to balance and harmonize the body’s energy flow. The practitioner uses fingers, palms, and elbows to apply gentle yet firm pressure on specific points along the body’s meridians.
This approach not only alleviates physical tension and pain but also promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, addressing issues such as stress, fatigue, and muscular discomfort.
